Course:  This is an "age-graded" handicap event over a 10K course.  In other words, the very young who have yet to reach their prime, and the old who have lost some of their physical skills, get a pre-determined headstart on those in their prime running years.  There are specific tables developed for this type of competition known as "WAVA Tables"  that allow us to calculate a "fair" handicap for all ages.

The race will be run on the Gwynns Falls Trail, arguably Baltimore's best-kept running secret.  It is a very scenic out-and-back with a half-mile popsicle loop at the turn-around.  The course crosses over and under active railroad lines, crosses over the Gwynns Falls several times, and runs parallel with the Falls for a number of miles.

BRRC/TNT Member, no premium: $4.00

BRRC/TNT Member with premium: $10.00

Non-BRRC/TNT Member, no premium: $15.00
