In consideration of your acceptance of this application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release the race organizing committee, the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City, the Departments of Recreation and Parks, Public Works, the Falls Road Running Store, and the Parks and People Foundation, all sponsors, all volunteers, and their representatives and successors, from present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising from my participation in this event or related activities.
