We like to organize racing teams to represent the area at various events. We will often target races that feature team competition, since it livens up the atmosphere at the event.

Although we like to run to win, we run for fun too, and recognizes that not everyone runs at an extremely high level.  So we also organize teams for middle and back-of-the-packers who also want to participate in the added atmosphere generated by the feeling that you are running for a team.
