Jim's Guitar Collection

John Fogerty - lots of info on this page with tabs, etc.

Johnny Cash  Home page - back when I was just a kid I use to listen to the "clickety-clack of the railroad track" on those old 33's, and was hooked on the stories.

John Denver Home page- my high school musical hero, probably had a lot more to do with me wandering around the Rocky Mountains with a guitar on my backpack than I would admit thirty years ago.

Dan Fogelberg Home page- there's a place in the world for a gambler.

Marty Robbins - back in the '60's the Western was the king of the TV shows, and they were also prominent big screen settings.  Nobody, nobody, told a Western story better in a song format than Marty Robbins.

Paul Simon - Sounds of silence, Mrs Robinson, and a bridge of troubled water don't even scratch the surface of this outstanding singer/songwriter talent.

James Taylor - he saw fire and rain before John Denver saw it rainin' fire in the sky.

Doc Watson - my guitar pickin' hero, and story-teller extraordinaire from Deep Gap, NC.
