The troubles that passed away.
But never forget to remember
The blessings that come each day.

Distance: This is a variable distance run/walk.  Minimum distance is 200 meters.  Maximum distance depends on where the mischievous leprechauns may lead you.  Optimum distance is the shortest distance between six Irish pubs, in any order of your choosing, as determined by you. More details below.

The Course:  The run will start at Falls Road Running in Fells Point.  Your mission, should you decide to complete it, is to run to each sponsoring Irish pub and have your race bib number validated there.

Text Box: Every Runner will receive coupons redeemable for drinks or half-off an appetizer at each of these sponsoring Irish pubs.
1/2 Appetizer at James Joyce and Maggie Moores.  Free drink at Patrick's of Pratt Street, Mick O'shea's, and TirNaNog.  Post-race Guinness at Slainte.  See coupons for details.
Text Box: Saint Patrick was a gentleman,
Who through strategy and stealth,
Drove all the snakes from Ireland,
Here’s a toasting to his health.
But not too many toastings
Lest you lose yourself and then
Forget the good Saint Patrick
And see all those snakes again.
Text Box: Awards: Gift Certificates to participating restaurants to the first three lads and lassies to complete the run.  Lots of randoms! Everyone wins!
You may run to each establishment in any order that you desire.  Obviously, in order to run your fastest, you need to figure out the shortest distance between each pub.Course information here

You do not have to go to every pub............but you are not eligible for age-group awards if you only go to one, or two, or three before deciding to return to the Guinness party hosted by Slainte` at the finish line..

Special considerations:  Since this is a "Fun Run", there are no police street closures.  All participants are responsible for their own safety.  In particular, that includes obeying all traffic signals, choosing courses that keep you off the roads, and yielding to oncoming traffic.

Text Box: May your heart be light and happy,
May your smile be big and wide,
And may your pockets always have
a coin or two inside!
Text Box: Post-Run Guinness Party sponsored by Slainte of Fells Point!

Entry Fee: $10, $15 race day - no shirt offered, just plenty of food and drink at from the participating pubs.  Funds will go towards defraying costs of permits, insurance, and random awards.  Leftover funds to be donated to  Kennedy Krieger Institute.
